What is S9014 Transistor?

The S9014 is a general purpose NPN transistor. Available in TO-92 and SOT-23 SMD type surface mount packaging. Based on the packaging the transistors power dissipation is different SOT-92 provides 400mW and SOT-23 gives half of SOT-92 such as 200mW.

Special features of this transistor is high DC gain and it can handle collector emitter voltage of 45V DC supply. so we can use this transistor in many medium voltage circuits. Because of its unique features this transistor can be used in signal amplification and switching circuits.
