We currently accept returns within India only.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in brand-new, unused condition
- Must be returned within 7 days of the shipping date
- All original parts, packaging, and documentation must be included
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return
- Important: Returns requested after 7 days from the shipping date will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Return Process
- To initiate a return: Contact Us First
- You must notify us via WhatsApp before shipping the product back.
- Unauthorized returns (sent without notice) will be rejected.
Return Method
- All returns must be sent by mail using trusted couriers such as Indian Post, Professional Courier, or DTDC.
Customer Responsibility
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Customers are also responsible for printing and attaching the return label.
Refund Details
- Refund Method: UPI (to the account details you provide during the return request)
- Refund Processing Time: Within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply
Additional Terms
- SolderingMind reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be refunded
- Refunds will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned item
