Hello friends This article shares the simple and useful Amplifier fan speed controller using TIP122 Transistor. This heat sensitive amplifier fan speed controller can be use in any type of audio amplifiers which needs automatic fan controlling system. I am using this circuit in my home audio system, which is working fine without any issues.
Circuit PCB Layout

I’m sharing the circuit diagrams and PCB layout (downloadable) to you. You can easily build this PCB at home. Few number of electronic components are needed to build this, so the total cost of this circuit is very less. if you are looking this type of board in local market cost you high amount.

Circuit Diagram

All resistors are 1/4 watts, The NTC of 10K is attached with the amplifiers aluminum heatsink to detecting the heat. You can use 12V DC 1A cooling fan for this project. This fan works perfectly with this circuit. This project is shared by Bijoyts electro. A special thanks to him for such a wonderful electronic projects.
