Are you looking for a best bass treble board, Lets build a 4580 Bass Treble Board using the PCB layout. The Layout and circuit design is explained and sharing the files with you. You can download and build at your home. With a single op-amp IC and few number of electronic components we can build this audio project.
PCB Layout of Bass Treble Board

4580 Bass Treble Board Features and Specifications
This Stereo Tone Control Circuit Board is used for audio signal processing like we are providing the input audio signal to control its bass and treble frequencies. This type of board is allows the users to adjust the required bass and treble levels for your amplifier.
This circuit board is providing more control over the sound characteristics before amplification (pre amplification of audio signal) or output to speakers.
The board contains a dual operational amplifier IC which is labeled as “4580” that processes the audio signal for both the left and right channels input signals. The two potentiometers on the board is used for manual adjustment of the bass and treble frequencies.
The IC (4580) is a common low noise operational amplifier used in audio equipment for high fidelity sound processing. The fully assembled circuit board is showing below. The board contains various components such as resistors, ceramic capacitors, electrolytic capacitors and two potentiometers to control bass and treble.
i request you to use high quality electronic components for good audio signal processing. In PCB layout is clearly labeled input and output pins, which can help in connecting the board into a larger audio amplifier system.

Supply Voltage and Powering
The circuit is powered by a dual power supply of +15V, -15V, and GND dual power supply, which is a standard supply voltage for most of the op-amp based audio circuits.
In the BT board, the components are clearly marked with values (e.g., 47nF, 100kΩ), which simplifies the assembly process. It also labels the potentiometers for “BASS” and “TREBLE”.
