SRV05-4 Ethernet and USB Data Line Protector

The SRV05-4 chip is designed to protect the USB and Ethernet Data lines. Connecting this IC-based circuit to the data lines will protect the data and the device from electrostatic discharge and surges caused by lightning.

SRV05-4 comprises an array of diodes and a 6-pin integrated SMD component. It is very easy to attach to USB or Ethernet Datalines. The peak power dissipation is 300 watts.

Features of SRV05-4 ESD Protector IC

  • Giving the full protection of 4 data lines or I/O pins
  • The IC works with a 5V DC input
  • It has a low clamping voltage ( Maximum voltage that passes through the circuit when the surge occurs).
  • Capacitance is around <5pf for fast interfacing.
  • The UL94 flammability rating is tested under laboratory conditions.
  • It is a Pb-free device.
