The Audio power amplifiers need an efficient power supply on them. Here is the super performance power supply circuit for the audio amplifier board and pre amplifiers is sharing with you. The pre-amplifier section voltage is about 15-0-15 dual power supply and 5v mp3 module power supply, and the amplifier board power supply circuit is also given.
The amplifier main board and the pre-amplifier boards need a proper power supply to work them properly. Otherwise, the amplifier starts to produce noise at the output speakers. This noise is very irritating in the time of playing movies or songs at low to medium volume. So a good quality power supply is essential. The power supply consists 15-0-15v dual power supply section for the pre-amplifier board or bass treble board.

The 5V regulator IC circuit is used to power the USB module. The unregulated power supply is given for driving the main audio amplifier IC. unregulated power supply circuit, you can use a maximum input voltage of 35-0-35 V transformer.
Regulated power supply circuit for pre-amplifier
In regulated power supply section 1N4007 diode and 1000uf/25V capacitor is using for rectification. The rectifier circuit can deliver up-to 1.5A to the voltage regulator Ic. The 100nf capacitor is reduces the noise in the AC to DC conversion. Single power supply of 5V DC is connecting to the MP3 module. 7815 and 7915 regulator IC provide regulated voltage of +15v and -15V at the output pin. So it is easy to connect to the amplifier pre section circuit. Because most of the pre amplifier board and bass treble board is working with 15v dual power supply.
Unregulated power supply circuit for Amplifier board
The unregulated power supply is directly connecting to the amplifier board. Please check the adequate power rating of the amplifier before going to connect. In this circuit you can use maximum of 35v transformer at 10A. The 2200uf/50v capacitor is bank is a powerful filter section in this board.
