44w stereo audio amplifier circuit using tda1553

22w + 22w stereo car audio amplifier

The amplifier is designed based on the ic of TDA1553Q. it is a general-purpose high-quality audio amplifier ic. That’s most commonly using in the car stereo audio amplifier circuit.

The performance of this Tda series ic is very good. This ic is mainly designed for working in a 12v battery. means the car audio amplifier.

The TDA1553q is a 2 channel BTL stereo car radio amplifier ic with loudspeaker protection.

Is a 13 lead single-lined plastic packaged ic. this ic is primarily designed for the car audio applications.

The single-channel will give the output around 22 watts RMS. so the 2 channel will provide a maximum of 44 watts.

Connect the ic circuit board on your car battery connection through a switch.

Use a proper heat sink to avoid overheating of the ic. I recommended using a 6-ampere diode on the positive connection of the ic to protect the ic.

After constructing this circuit carefully analyze the connections are properly soldered or not.
