2000w power inverter circuit

Welcome back to another interesting post, today I would like to share the great idea of making a powerful inverter. The inverter will deliver up to 2000w power output. ( you know that the output power of an inverter is based on the transformer size and battery you are using ). let’s discuss this in detail.

here you will get the complete details about how to make an inverter at home. The main part of the inverter is

  • A transformer
  • Inverter driver board
  • Mosfet driver board

Inverter Driver Board

In this post, the MOSFET driver board is the main part, the inverter board we are already discussed the SG3525 inverter driver board

The inverter is in two types Low-frequency inverter and High-frequency inverter. The low-frequency inverter is commonly used for working home appliances. Fan, mixi, washing machine, etc. The frequency of these kinds of an inverter is 50Hz.

The high-frequency inverter is working with high frequency. The transformer size is very small. commonly the atex transformer is used.

2000watts Inverter MOSFET driver board

The inverter driver board consists of 4 pairs of IRF3205 N channel MOSFET. The four pairs of MOSFET will allow you to drive 2000 watts. use 100 or more Ah batteries.

power = voltage * ampere

we are using a 12v 100 Ah battery. so the maximum power output is,

12v * 100 Ah = 1200w output.

if you want to get 2000 watts output use 2 100 Ah batteries.

Steps to Build an Inverter

  1. Download the inverter driver board and inverter MOSFET driver board from the given links.
  2. Take a glossy paper place it on the laser printer ( toner cartridge printer ) and take the print out.
  3. cut the printout take the copper-clad PCB and cut it into sufficient length.
  4. then place the printout on the copper-clad and iron it.
  5. after ironing for 2-3 minutes with water.
  6. put small holes at the positions where it wants.
  7. then place the components and solder them.
  8. then connect the inverter driver board inverter MOSFET driver board and transformer.
  9. connect the battery.
  10. check the output AC voltage. you are done.
