TDA7050 Low Voltage Mono or Stereo Power Amplifier

If you are planning to build a Portable Audio Amplifier circuit? Here is the best mini audio amplifier circuit using TDA7050 IC. This IC is suitable for making small radio amplifier. The speciality of the circuit is low voltage requirements. Amplifier Circuit only requires 1.6 V to 6V Dc for working. So in this blog post, I am sharing the circuit diagram and the details about this low voltage, mono or stereo power amplifier using TDA7050 IC.

Features of TDA7050 Low Voltage Mono or Stereo Power Amplifier IC

  • The circuit works with low voltage supply so it needs limited number of batteries to work.
  • The ic required only few number of external components. It will reduce the total cost of the Circuit.
  • It has a fixed integrated gain of 26 dB.
  • Suitable for Mono or stereo purpose.
  • It required only small space to occupied.

Pin number two and pin number three are the audio signal input pins. The pins are directly connected to the 22K pot. The one leg of the pot connected to the ground and the other end is directly to the Audio source. The signal fed into the ic and it will amplify and give the output through pin number seven and pin number six. This IC is operating on single supply voltage so we need to add 50 uf capacitor in the speaker output.

Application of TDA7050 Based Amplifier

  • Pocket radio amplifier
  • Low voltage mini amplifier circuit.
  • You can use it in Mono or Stereo mode.
