Op Amp Oscillator Led Flasher

This is an Op-amp LED flasher circuit that is interesting. We have a lot of how to build a dual-LED flasher circuit. But this is a good circuit that we seldom use them. The LEDs will blink within a period. This circuit can work with IC LM358. number LM358 is a cheap build origin waves square circuit comes out 1 cycle per every second.
