100w Class D amplifier is based on an operational amplifier of LM393 and a power MOSFET of IRF 540 and IRF 9540. Using a few components you can easily build a powerful amplifier. The amp working fine on high-frequency audio signals. so you can use it for home audio systems, especially for satellite speakers.

In online you will get the circuit diagram. But the exact diagram is wrong as compared with the PCB layout. so I placing the original circuit diagram. so you don’t worry about the connections of the amplifier. The single LM393 ic will generate the high-frequency signals, in other words, the audio signal will be mixed with high frequencies.

The high-frequency signals will be passing throw the inductor coil and it will be converted to a hearable frequency of 20Hz to 20Khz. The circuit diagram and PCB layout are given below you can download the PCB layout and make your own Class D amplifier at home.

  1. In pcb there is no 220pf capacitor as in schematic it has 47 pf insted which one to use?
