Why The Titan 4000 is Used for Deep Diving on the Sea

titan 4000 is used for deep diving on the sea to watch titanic ship underwater.

Tinan 4000 is a cyclops class type of submersible design and it is able to travel up-to 4000 meter distance from top level of the sea. The capacity of 5 people inside of this vessel submarine.

4 crew members and 1 pilot. The traveling expense of this submarine is around 2 lakhs US dollars. The pressure vessel of this is made up of carbon fiber and titanium.

Why use carbon fiber and titanium to build a pressure vessel in titan 4000?

The carbon fiber and titanium both are widely used in many industries due to its features like strength and lightweight.

The carbon fiber is made up of carbon atoms. So it has an excellent strength to weight ratio. This will make this material more suitable to build the pressure vessel in titan.

The Key features of the carbon fiber are listed below

  1. The strength and stiffness makes it withstand high pressure on it without breaking it.
  2. Light weight is the more important factor. This material has this property so it is widely used on sports cars, aerospace and ships.
  3. These materials are highly resistant to corrosion adaptable at high temperature conditions.

Titanium is more expensive than any other common materials such as steel, or aluminum. It has the same properties like durability, corrosion resistance and light weight. Both these materials are used in submarines due to their unique features and specifications.

A Game controller controls the vessel?

The bullet shaped vessel is diving vertically. The entire ship is controlled through the modified game controller. Thor has no manual option to control the vessel if it goes into any dangerous situations. Cyclops 2 has been renamed to titan in 2019.
