Introduction

The following instructions will show you how to build a 12 Volt 3 Ampere DC Supply. Before that, I would like to outline what a power supply of a device is.

The electricity-giving to the device is called the power supply that plugs into electrical appliances.

It serves to change the voltage and current from a single source to such an amount which is appropriate for a device.. These devices are furthermore commonly called the electric power converters.

Power supplies are critically important for many electric devices.  Electronic power supply circuits can be divided into smaller parts.

in which each one of them has its importance in ensuring that the power supply will function as it should. All facets of a power supply must be operational when it is being used, otherwise, it may face glitches.
